2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the first petitioner dated 17.02.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
