ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the complaint in M.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter may be referred to Mediation, as the maintenance case filed by the petitioner's wife is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.7.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the Maintenance Case is pending in M.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Magistrate No.7 and also the fact that the respondent herein is alleged to have been mentally ill person, this petition is disposed of directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
