O R D E R

This application has been filed by the applicant/Company to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle and to take possession of the vehicle which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondents men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that warrant of commission has already been executed. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, application is closed. Since the warrant is executed, applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
