This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to remove the petitioner name from the History Sheet bearing No.218 of 2014 maintained by second respondent pursuant to the representation dated 22.03.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has already given a representation dated 22.03.2022 before the second respondent and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2022 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pass orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
