ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner for the property situated at Door No.155, New No.264, Plot No.92, R.K.Mutt Road, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai-28.
2. It is seen that the petitioner's husband's brother Kuppusamy was allotted the subject property. He died as a Bachelor. Therefore, the petitioner's husband who is being the brother of original allottee filed succession petition before this Court in O.P.No.804 of 2012 and the petitioner's husband was issued with succession certificate on 02.01.2013 as per the order made in O.P.No.804 of 2012. While being so, the petitioner's husband died on 25.05.2017. The petitioner being the only legal heir, requested the respondents to execute sale deed in respect of the subject property which was originally allotted in favour of the petitioner's husband's brother.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to verify all the documents produced by the petitioner and if it is in order, register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject property comprised in D.No.155, New No.264, Plot No.92, R.K.Mutt Road, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai-28 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
