2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it discloses that the dispute essentially appears to be between the members of the family. Hence, no positive direction can be issued.

4. With the above direction this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
