[Order of the court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN.J.,] By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to workout his remedy administratively and has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. This court heard the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener-Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board.

4. Recording the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn , however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy administratively. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
