O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to carry out the amendments in the Revenue Records and transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs of his father in respect to property in Survey No.12/2 situated at Senamavu Village, Soolagiri Taluk, with an extent of 2.75 acres.

2. The petitioner challenged the Acquisition Proceedings in respect of the subject property in W.P.No.39709 of 2006. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court by an Order dated 25.11.2015 quashed the Acquisition Proceedings in respect of the subject property belongs to the petitioner. In view of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner requested the second respondent to carry out the amendments in the Revenue Records and transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs of his deceased father with regard to the subject property.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.39709 of 2006 dated 25.11.2015, the respondents filed writ appeal and the same is pending in W.A.No.1195 of 2017 before this Court. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner dated 28.06.2016 and pass orders subject to the result of W.A.No.1195 of 2017.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
