2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18139 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26158 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Concerned NDPS Court, Chennai, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
