PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents herein to register and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2020 on the file of the second respondent herein in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to register and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2020 on the file of the second respondent herein in accordance with law. 2.

Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been lodged before the respondents police, even according to the petitioner's complaint has been sent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Chief Minister's Cell and there is no materials to show that the complaint has been forwarded to the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police station and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to act in accordance with law. 5.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
