PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2021 and provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members and direct the first and second respondents to take action against the respondents 3 and 4, who are illegally intervening the petitioner's peaceful possession over his land situated in Plot Nos.6 and 7 measuring 3600 Sq.Ft. comprised in Old Survey No.191/4 as per patta new sub division S.No.257/12 of Vengikkal Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2021 and take action against the respondents 3 and 4, who are illegally intervening the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's peaceful possession over his land situated in Plot Nos.6 and 7 measuring 3600 Sq.Ft. comprised in Old Survey No.191/4, New sub division S.No.257/12 (as per patta) of Vengikkal Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner who is an Advocate has submitted a representation to the first respondents stating that the respondents 3 and 4 are disturbing peaceful possession of his property and the said representation was not considered till date. Hence, he has come forward with this writ petition. 4.In view of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to both the parties and conclude the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
