O R D E R
Though the petitioners have approached this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order of the Court below dated 15.09.2015 made in I.A.No.873 of 2015 in Arbitration O.P.No.4 of 2015 on the file of the Court below rejecting the prayer for injunction pending disposal of the arbitration O.P., the learned counsel for the petitioners in the revision, without going into the merits of the matter would fairly make a submission that the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of without interfering with the impugned order, but at the same time fixing a time limit for the disposal of the Arbitration O.P.
2. Learned counsels for the contesting respondents also submit that they are not averse for getting such an order fixing a time for the disposal of the Arbitration O.P and thereby, they also expressed their consent for such an order.
3. In view of the above said submissions, the Civil Revision Petition challenging the order dated 15.09.2015 made in I.A.No.873 of 2015 in Arbitration O.P.No.4 of 2015 is dismissed. However, the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to hear the Arbitration O.P.No.4 of 2015 and dispose of the same on or before the last working day in April 2016. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
