This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by forcing the petitioner and her child illegally to vacate from the matrimonial home situated at Door No.2, Kilakku Theru, D.Kaalipalayam Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, the petitioner was enquired and during the enquiry, the petitioner and the counter party represented that they have arrived at a settlement.
