... Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of ceriorarified mandamus Calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in connection with the Impugned order passed by him in

G.O.Ms.No.236 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.07.2018 and to quash the same in so far as it confines the eligibility scales of pay at Rs.12,000/- is concerned and direct the respondents to revise the pension only with reference to the requisite numbers of years of service i.e 20 years an above, based on the time bound promotion granted by the government in GO.Ms.No 354 Health and Family Welfare Department dated 23.10.2009 and also G.O. Ms. No 106 Higher Education Department dated 14.5.15 and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the difference of pension within a limited frame.

2. The similarly placed persons have already filed batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.7905/2020 & batch and this Court has dealt the matter at length and passed orders on 12.12.2023. The petitioners in the present writ petitions also claim as one who are in the series of such claims made in W.P.No.7905/2020 & batch.

3. Since the petitioners are also similarly placed, the respondents shall consider the petitioners' claim in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7905/2020 & batch dated 12.12.2023.
