O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.124 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Perambalur for partition against the respondents. Since the above suit is pending, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner brought to notice of this Court that in the above suit, an application in IA.No.423 of 2016 is also pending.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Judge, Perambalur to dispose of the above application in IA.No.423 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Thereafter, the trial court is also directed to dispose of the suit in

OS.No.124 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
