1. Learned counsel for the respondent company has brought to Court a Demand Draft in the sum of Rs.9,55,332/-. The details of the Demand Draft are as follows :

2. The said Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Ms.Vatsala, who appears for the petitioner, says since Demand Draft has been received, this Court need not proceed further with the company petition, and that, she does not wish to press the claim for interest.

4. The company petition is, accordingly, closed. The application is also closed.
