ORDER

The petitioner and the respondent got married at Kumarankundru in Mettupalayam on 08.03.2019. Due to certain misunderstanding, they are before the court. The husband has filed HMOP.No.8 of 2020 before the Sub Court at Mettupalayam seeking divorce.

2. The petitioner pleads that she is unable to travel from Meenatchi Valasu to Mettupalayam to attend the hearing. From the affidavit, it is clear that already on account of her non-appearance, she has been set exparte and the said order was set aside pursuant to the intervention of this Court in C.R.P.No.1973 of 2022.

3. As the petitioner pleads her inability to travel regularly from Meenatchi Valasu to Mettupalayam, I am inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2020 to the Sub Court at Dharapuram.

4. Accordingly, HMOP.No.8 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Dharapuram.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
