O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to investigate the case and to secure the stolen property of the petitioner in Crime No.1190 of 2007.

2.It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime. No.1190 of 2007 on the file of the second respondent. Thereafter, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed as ''Mistake of Fact''. In view of the same, the petitioner filed the Protest Petition in C.M.P.No.718 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and the same was allowed. Again, the second respondent was directed to conduct an enquiry and investigation in crime No.1190 of 2007, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and it is pending for the past several years without any progress.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case,the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in C.M.P.No.718 of 2012 dated 17.04.2012 and complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petitions is disposed of.
