O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The respondent/husband filed DOP No.395 of 2012 on the file of District Court, Nagercoil. This Transfer Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to transfer the said DOP No.395 of 2012 from Nagercoil to Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that D.O.P.No.395 of 2012 was not pressed by the respondent/husband. An order dated 17.06.2015 was passed by the learned District Judge, Nagercoil, dismissing the D.O.P.No.395 of 2012 as not pressed. The learned counsel has produced the said order for perusal of this Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
