This application has been filed to extend the time for passing the award by the Hon'ble Arbitrator for a further period of 31st October 2020.

2. Heard Mr.M.Vaidhiyanathan, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Sadhana Shankar for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter is almost over before the Arbitrator and the same is pending for passing of the award. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for extension of time.

4. Considering the submission made by both sides, time is extended for passing the award for a further period of 31st October 2020. Accordingly, instant application is closed. 27/8/2020 mvs.
