O R D E R

This Criminal Original Pition has been filed to direct the respondent police to return the vehicle bearing Registration Number TN-45-H-4349 involved in Crime No.1253 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the vehicle bearing Registration Number TN-45-H-4349, which was seized in Crime No.1253 of 2020 by the respondent police has been deposited before the Judicial Magistrate Court concerned in P.R.No.74 of 2020.

3. Therefore, the return of vehicle cannot be ordered by this Court without approaching the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
