ORDER

This Review Petition is filed to review the order dated 05.02.2018 made in C.R.P(NPD).No.3660 of 2015 on the file of this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, only after being satisfied with the

service of the notice on the respondent in R.C.O.P.No.813 of 2014 as well as in Execution Petition, E.P.No.159 of 2015 filed for eviction of the respondent, the eviction of the respondent was ordered and the petitioner took delivery of the petition premises. After taking delivery, the petition premises was rented out to one M.Krishna Lingam on a monthly rent of Rs.30,000/- and the petitioner received an advance sum of Rs.9,00,000/- from the said M.Krishna Lingam who is running his business in the petition premises.

3.The respondent after delivery filed four petitions in M.P.No.516 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.813 of 2014 to set aside the exparte order dated 04.02.2014 and three M.Ps in E.A.Nos.160 to 162 of 2015. The respondent suppressed three M.Ps in E.A.Nos.160 to 162 of 2015 and mentioned only M.P.No.516 of 2015 to set aside the exparte order dated 04.12.2014 made in R.C.O.P.No.813 of 2014. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5.From the grounds raised by the petitioner in the Review

Petition, he has not pointed out any error on the face of the order dated 05.02.2018. In view of the fact that there is no error in the order dated 05.02.2018 made in C.R.P(NPD).No.3660 of 2015, this Review Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
