O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to release thee vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 21 AP 9238 in Crime No.1120 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent in pursuant respondent's letter dated 02.09.2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 21 AP 9238 was seized in the year 2014 and the respondent police is ready and willing to return the vehicle to the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police with the appropriate representation to return the vehicle. Since the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vehicle is not involved in any crime. On receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to return the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 21 AP 9238 to the petitioner forthwith. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
