3. CMP.No.8098 of 2026 has been filed to implead the second petitioner/ proposed second petitioner viz., sadanandan and rank him as second petitioner in CRP.No.95 of 2020.

4. Mr.D.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

5. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same and taking into consideration that the
