The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the first respondent in I.D.No.195/2002 dated 31.03.2006 and seeking to quash the same.

2.Today, When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent jointly represented that the petitioner and the second respondent have settled the matter out of Court. Accordingly, the petitioner Management agreed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- directly to the second respondent by way of Demand Draft.

3.In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the second respondent, this writ petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as full and final settlement to the second respondent by way of Demand Draft, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
