ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side filed a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 04.07.2016, wherein, the petitioner/tenant has waived his right in respect of the possession delivered to the respondent or any proceedings in contempt of Court, if any, to be taken against the respondent in the Civil Revision Petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as Settled Out of Court. The petitioner as well as the respondent were present in the Court and they also acknowledged the due execution of the Memo of Compromise dated 04.07.2016.

The respondent/landlord has also filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology for violating the order of interim stay granted by this Court on 28.10.2015. The affidavit filed by the respondent is taken on record.
