This Court had already suspended the sentence of the petitioner on 27.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10290 of 2022 subject to the condition that the petitioners therein (including the petitioner) shall deposit a sum of Rs.80 Lakhs and since the said order was not complied with by the petitioner, the suspension of sentence ordered by this Court got automatically vacated. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking suspension of sentence.

2.This petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court if the petitioner is ready to comply with the condition already imposed by this Court on 27.07.2022. 08.04.2024 pri M.DHANDAPANI, J.
