W.P.No.10231 of 2019 R.Subbiah,J., & Krishnan Ramasamy, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.,) This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption, "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of the petitioner.

2.

This Court, by order dated 04.04.2019, has directed the release of the vehicle in question and imposed certain conditions. The first condition is that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned as non-refundable deposit. It is now represented that the vehicle involved in the case is only a Ashok Leyland DOST RLS BSIV and hence deduction in the deposit amount is prayed for. Considering the said submission, this Court directs that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned as non-refundable deposit.

3.

Having regard to the above submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the deposit amount in para 6(i) appearing in the order dated 04.04.2019 shall stand deleted and substituted as follows: "The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) before the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned as nonrefundable deposit. After receipt of the above said amount, the same will have to be deposited by the jurisdictional Tahsildar concerned, to http://www.judis.nic.in the credit of the District Mines and Minerals Foundation Trust as nonrefundable deposit."
