This Court had already suspended the sentence of the petitioner on 27.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.10285 of 2022 subject to the condition that the petitioners therein (including the petitioner) shall deposit a sum of Rs.32 Lakhs and since the said order was not complied with by the petitioner, the suspension of sentence ordered by this Court got automatically vacated. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking suspension of sentence.
