The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed HMOP No.1556 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai for dissolution of marriage.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1556 of 2014 from the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of SubCourt, Usilampatti.

3. In view of section 19(iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, H.M.O.P. may be tried at the place where the wife resides.

4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.1556 of 2014 from the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Sub-Court, Usilampatti.
