ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.118 of 2014 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the prosecution has examined six witnesses and remaining witnesses are to be examined on 03.09.2015. Since trial has commenced, this Court cannot re-appreciate the evidence and quash the prosecution. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
