Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders of the First Respondent in G.O.(D) No. 906, Health and Famil Welfare(12|) Department dated 31.07.2007 and G.O.(D) No.907, Health and Family Welfare (1-2) Department dated 31.07.2007 and quash the said orders to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.07.2007 and grant all consequential retirement benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders of the First Respondent in G.O.(D) No. 906, Health and Famil Welfare(1-2|) Department dated 31.07.2007 and G.O.(D) No.907, Health and Family Welfare (1-2) Department dated 31.07.2007 and quash the said order to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.07.2007 and grant all consequential retirement benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become Infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
