ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted before this Court that the pending list of relating to fixation of pay has been submitted to the Treasury Officer, Vilavancode, as directed by this Court and

the same was sanctioned and in that regard, he produced a copy of the proceedings of the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Tirunelveli, Moo.Mu.No.17445/E4/2019, dated 18.12.2019 and also the proceedings of the Collegiate Education Na.Ka.No.3593/E4/2019 dated 19.12.2019 sent to the Sub Treasury, Vilavancode. Copies of the said proceedings were also forwarded to the Sub Treasury Officer, Vilavancode, sanctioning an amount of salary arrears bill for the year 2019-2020. Copies of the said proceedings were also served on the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the counsel has agreed for the same and has also received. 2.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the above said proceedings, the Contempt Petition is closed.
