This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Dist. Crime Branch @ Thiruvannamalai to register a criminal case against the above criminal elements based on the present complaint of the petitioner dated 21.07.2015 and file the final report and charge sheet etc., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the petitioner appeared in person and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 21.07.2015 by post to the respondents. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint to the third Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
