Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 5 to bear a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs as compensating to the petitioner for the huge damage caused to him and for his reputation for infringement of the fundamental right under Article 21 for Right to Dignity and his reputation in the Society by the act of 5th respondent who is working under them.
