Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamum, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent in No.P19/1/11909951/Rev/13-14/ADK/dated 02.05.2014 and quash the same with the consequential direction, directing the fourth respondent to accept the proposal submitted by the third respondent as the fixation was based on the orders of this Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.No.14543 of 2010 dated 22.07.2011 and as per G.O.Ms.No.179 School Education Department dated 06.09.2013 and to sanction all the benefits. Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the grievances of the petitioners are redressed and the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present petitions. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.
Hence, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
