This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID or any other agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 2nd respondent police have completed their investigation in Crime No.234 of 2018 and have filed a charge sheet in C.c.No.37 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
