This Writ Petition is filed directing the 2nd respondent to forthwith hand over the key of Arulmighu Arulmighu Aruleeswarar Temple situated in Survey No.332/3A3C, Mudaliarkuppam, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District to the petitioner and consequently forbearing the 3rd respondent from locking the doors of Arulmigu Arulmighu Aruleeswarar Temple, situated at Mudaliarkuppam Cheyyur Taluk in Survey No.332/3A3C, Mudaliarkuppam, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the key of the temple been handed over to the petitioner herein and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
