This petition is filed to condone the delay of 235 days in filing the Crl.R.C., against the order made in C.M.P.No.1333 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Palacode (FAC), dated 10.05.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 235 days in filing the revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
