Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Vacate the Injunction granted on 19.03.2015 in MP No.2 / 2015 in WP No.7817 / 2015 IN WMP No.24485 of 2017 and; (ii)To Vacate the Stay granted on 19.03.2015 in MP No.3 / 2015 in WP No.7817 / 2015 IN WMP No.24486 of 2017 and; (iii)To Vacate the Injunction granted on 19.03.2015 in MP No.2 / 2015 in WP No.7818 / 2015 IN WMP No.24487 of 2017 and; (iv)To Vacate the Stay granted on 19.03.2015 in MP No.3/2015 in WP No.7818 / 2015 IN WMP No.24488 of 2017 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner in and of MR.R.M/S.R.PARTHIBAN ADVOCATE FOR 1st Respondents and of Mrs. A. SRIYAYANTHI, SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the 2nd Respondents the court made the following order:-

The interim injunction had been granted by this Court on 19.3.2015. Thereafter, on 16.11.2015, the interim order granted was extended until further orders. Subsequently, the interim order was made absolute by this Court on 11.12.2015. Thus, the Vacate Stay Petitions at this point of time cannot be entertained and accordingly, the Vacate Stay Petitions stands dismissed. The writ petitions are directed to be listed "for final disposal"as per roster.
