ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.06.2015.

2. Heard Mrs.K.Anjammal, party-in-person and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
