This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.23564 of 2019 has not been complied with.
2. Today, Mr.P.Srinivasan, Inspector of Police, R4, Soundarapandianar Angadi Police Station, Chennai, is present before this Court and he has filed an affidavit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 05.07.2019.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Police have executed the warrant by arresting S.Manohar and producing him before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur, on 04.07.2019.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he was made aware of this development by his client.
5. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the respondent is discharged.
