O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the SubCourt, Tiruppur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.603 of 2012 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits in

accordance with law.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that even though written statement has been filed on 10.07.2013, the suit was adjourned periodically for framing of issues. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the suit.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Accordingly, the Sub-Court, Tiruppur is directed to frame issues within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After framing issues, the SubCourt, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.603 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of framing of issues, on day to day basis, after giving fair opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is

disposed of. No costs.
