Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.09/2020-2021/SDO dated 16.06.2020 of the 1st respondent herein in respect of the works under the said tender notice without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice dated 16.06.2020 in respect of the works under the said tender notice without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, quality certificate has been issued and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, she seeks for closing the writ petition.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
