O R D E R

This criminal revision has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 29.06.2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Polur in Crl.M.P.No.441 of 2020 whereby and whereunder the petitioner's prayer for return of his vehicle was denied. 2.It is seen that proceedings have been initiated under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act,1937, for confiscating the vehicle in question.

3.In view of the above, no orders for interim custody of the vehicle can be passed by this Court. Hence, this criminal revision stands dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to contest the confiscation proceedings and if it ends against him, can appeal to the Court of Session concerned.
