O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2020 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the respondent police, the respondent police was issued a C.S.R.No.270 of 2020 and after conducting enquiry the came to be closed. He would further submit that in respect of the very same alleged occurrence another person also lodged a complaint and the said complaint was also enquired and closed. In fact the said person also filed a petition for direction to register a complaint in Crl.O.P.No.10235 of 2020, which was also closed, after recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
