Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, he is not pressing the present Miscellaneous petition, seeking to grant leave to the petitioners to file recall petition as against the order dated 17.11.2022 made in W.P.No.30597 of 2022 and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition today.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
