(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to grant leave to file a writ petition challenging the order passed in OA No/310/01031/2023 etc., batch dated 01.03.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however now seeks to withdraw the petition in WMP No.10245 of 2024, with liberty to approach before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, in view of the order passed by this Court in WP No.6867 of 2024 etc., batch dated 20.03.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
