The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in OS.No.268 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District. The respondents herein are the defendants therein. The aforesaid suit was dismissed for default on 07.02.2015.

2.Thereafter, the revision petitioner/ plaintiff filed IA.No.194/2015 in OS.No.268/2010 to restore the suit on file and the same is yet to be disposed of. Hence, she filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

rk 3.Considering the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2010 and the same was dismissed for default, a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tambaram to dispose of IA.No.194/2015 in O.S.No.268/2010 in the manner known to law, within a period of two months from today.

4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
