JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant seeking to modify the condition imposed on the appellant by the court below, while enlarging him on bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal along with liberty to move modification petition before the court below and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
